Description
Mysore bonda is made from a fermented batter consisting primarily of urad dal (black gram) flour, rice flour, and sometimes a small amount of all-purpose flour or semolina (sooji). To prepare the batter, urad dal is soaked for several hours or overnight, then ground into a smooth paste along with minimal water.
